Privacy notice
Last updated: November 2026
Who is responsible
Zakaria Akram Amrouche, doing business as Zakram Consulting
Austria
Email: zak@zakramconsulting.com
This notice covers zakramconsulting.com and booking a call with me. It follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Austrian data protection law.
What I collect, and why
- Visiting this website. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you open, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Visit statistics. I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages and links bring visitors. According to Cloudflare, it works without cookies and does not follow you across other websites. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in understanding what works (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Booking a call. Booking runs on Cal.com. You enter your name, email and, if you want, your website. I use this to schedule the call, send confirmations and reminders, and prepare your audit. The call itself runs on Google Meet. Legal basis: steps you ask for before a possible agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Emails. If you write to me, or I write to you, the messages and any files (like your audit PDF) go through Gmail. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
- If I emailed you first. I contact business owners about their business, using business contact details from a business contact database. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in B2B outreach (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Every email has an opt-out. If you ask me to stop, I stop, and I keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list so I don't write to you again.
Who gets your data
Only the services named above: Cloudflare, Google (Meet, Gmail) and Cal.com. I do not sell your data. If you become a client, a separate agreement covers how I work with your data.
Data outside the EU
Several of these providers are based in the US, so your data can be processed there. They state that they use safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Check each provider's own privacy policy for details.
How long I keep it
Booking details and emails: up to 12 months after our last contact, unless we become a client and the law requires me to keep records longer (for example invoices). Do-not-contact entries stay so I can respect your request. Visit statistics are not tied to a person.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies itself. When you open the booking page, Cal.com may use its own cookies. See their privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask me for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of it. You can object to my emails or to any processing based on my legitimate interest, at any time. Write to zak@zakramconsulting.com.
You can also complain to the Austrian data protection authority (Datenschutzbehörde): dsb.gv.at.
